Privacy policy

When you fill in a form or book a call, we collect what you enter: your name, email address and phone number, and, depending on the form, a property address, city, timeline, message, or the listing you asked about. We also record the page you sent it from and any advertising campaign tags in that page's address, so we know how you found us.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. It does not receive what you type into our forms.

We use your contact details to reply to you, arrange the call you booked, and provide the real estate services you ask about. If you sign up for market reports or neighbourhood alerts, we use your email address to send them. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business:

• HubSpot stores the enquiries and bookings you send us and sends calendar invitations.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the check that protects our forms from automated spam.
• Google provides Google Analytics and our email.

These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local law. We share personal information otherwise only when the law requires it.

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to tell one visit from another. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site still works without them.

Your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your browser, on your device only.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Our providers protect it with encryption in transit and access controls, and only our team can see your enquiries.

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email us and we will respond within the time the Act allows, generally 30 business days.
