Move-in ready & low-maintenance —the way homeownership should start. Heat & hot water are INCLUDED in the strata fee (your winter self says thanks) plus there's a working garbage chute. This comfortable 1 bed gives you room to spread out, with tons of storage plus updated flooring, kitchen cabinets, backsplash, & counters. The well-run CONCRETE building already tackled the expensive stuff: parkade membrane, boilers, elevators, exterior concrete repairs & paint, power transformers & common areas. 400m walk to SkyTrain. Close to: Pier Park, Douglas College, groceries, pubs, comedy, coffee, & everything downtown New West has going on. Includes 1 secure parking, 1 locker, bike room, game room, live in caretaker & your cat or dog is welcome!
