A rare opportunity to acquire a well-established Japanese restaurant operating for 12 successful years in the food court of a prominent downtown office complex. This easy-to-manage business operates only Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with weekends and statutory holidays off, offering an exceptional work-life balance. The gross lease is only $3,500 per month, including electricity and garbage collection, keeping operating costs low. The business is strategically located beside major tenants, including a bank and Staples, and benefits from steady traffic generated by office workers and surrounding businesses. A major three-year redevelopment project directly in front of the premises is nearing completion. With the opening of the new Escala development and surrounding improvements, customer traffic and sales are expected to increase significantly. Prior to construction, average daily sales were approximately $1,200, currently averaging about $800 during construction. Offered for sale due to retire
